In the process of manufacturing of fiber optic patch cords, wrapping and packaging problems are solved by primitive solutions compared to other manufacturing subprocesses. Specific to fiber optic patch cord manufacturing, cables proceed step by step as stacks which is composed of 20-50 pieces of patch cords. At the end of the production line, every stack must be sorted out into single connection cables. After sorting, every single connection cable is wrapped, tied and packaged, separately.
